Views:
  • To login, load the Astec Customer Support Portal home page.  Click on “Sign In” on the top right of the page.

     
  • Enter the Username and Password you created when you accepted the Portal Invitation.
  • Click on the "Sign In" button underneath the password box.
  • If your username and password is correct, then you should be successfully logged in.  The "Sign In" text that was on the top right of the page should have changed to your username.
  • If you're having difficulty logging in, click on the "Forgot your password?" button.  You will be asked to provide the email address that is associated with your Customer Support Portal user account.  Once you've entered this, click on the "Send" button.
  • You should receive an email which contains a link to "Reset Password".  Click on this link to navigate to the "Reset Password" page.  You will need to enter and confirm a new password, followed by clicking on the "Reset" button.
